Be Nice To Patients – Doctor Advises Health Workers

The medical superintendent at Sefwi Essam government hospital Dr Emmanuel Coomson has advised health workers in government sector mostly to be mindful of their behavior and utterances towards patients and families of these patients when they visit the hospital.

Dr Coomson in a presentation when during the Bia east district health annual performance review indicated that most people have tagged nurses and midwives especially as not being friendly individuals when on duty.

He then called on the ministry of health to post more health workers to the Bia districtb to assist current workers.
